Once a week an email summary will be sent from MyCharlie and sent to appropriate family members. Additional real-time notifications and alerts can be set up and customized as required. You can specify your preferred communication method–anything from calls, texts, and/ or emails, etc. Depending on your concerns we will set up automatic alerts. All communications are customizable for you and your family members’ specific needs.
Examples:
If you are worried about your loved one leaving the house late at night you could set an alert if the door opens after 10 pm.
You can set up an alert that sends you an email when your loved one forgets to take their medicine.
Our system provides you with a care navigator, a nurse, and MyCharlie. These three important aspects provide a more complete support plan than you would find in other programs. Unfortunately, this is not covered by insurance at this time.
